Parndana v Wild Turkeys
It was Parndana who got away to an early lead with Hodgy and Ab having wins over Udgy (b) and Graeme (b). Wild Turkeys skipper Rhys steadied the ship with a black ball win over Sacky and Sean won the family showdown against his son, Ben by 2 balls. Marty won the Turkeys second against Darren with Parndana holding a 3 – 2 lead.

18 Feb 10 | Seafarers will recall the adage that “A little knowledge can be dangerous.” To put paid to the perception that some Strawbridge Pointers may be dangerous, six vessels and 32 crew set out on February 10, to increase their nautical safety knowledge with a comprehensive man overboard drill.

Chrisso got the Barely Boys off to a start with a 2 ball win over Sacky. Ab and Hodgy followed up with a win each for Parndana over Ducky (b) and Wardy (b). Wazza got the better of Trev by 3 and Doum won the next due to a forfeit.
18 Feb 10 | The Championship today saw most sailors turn up to compete, ten Holdies, eight Lasers, two sailboards, one AC, one 303,two Pacers, and, wait for it, two 420’s, 26 dinghies in all and good to see after the decline in numbers after the Christmas break.
