In the A grade match, the undefeated Roosters take on the baying Hounds for a straight passage to the GF, while it’s a similar story in reserves, as ladder leader Parndana faces a Kingscote outfit fresh from a 30-goal belting to cellar dweller Dudley United.

26 Aug 10 | Bowls - Ozone Triples at Birchmore The monthly Aurora Ozone triples started in perfect weather at Birchmore last week. The afternoon tea break brought a sustained shower that left areas of water over the playing green.
26 Aug 10 | Football - Reserves Parndana v Dudley United A slight breeze aiding the gate end greeted the Parndana-Dudley B grade match up. Parndana winning the toss and going the way of the wind.

26 Aug 10 | Netball - A Grade Dudley United 59 d Parndana 40 A fast start for both teams with Dudley shooting the first three goals until Parndana settled and found its accuracy throughout the court – Stacey Peckover found her range early and was dominating the circle.

26 Aug 10 | Netball - A Grade Kingscote 49 d Wisanger 29 Before the match and in recognition of 250 games for Kingscote, Carly Johnston ran through a banner and into a guard of honour, formed by both teams and club members, cheering and congratulating her milestone.

26 Aug 10 | Football - A Grade Kingscote v Western Districts Kingscote looks to have cemented second spot on the ladder after a courageous come-from-behind win over a determined Western Districts.
All’s rosy for the rampaging Reds
19 Aug 10 | Football - A Grade Parndana v Wisanger Parndana started strongly with the slight aid of a mostly sideways breeze. Simon Windsor playing on the top wing was the go-to man and this opened up their forward lines for maximum goals.
19 Aug 10 | Football - Senior Colts Parndana v Wisanger A wet and windy day made for a scrappy low-scoring game in the Colts at Parndana. Wisanger was missing a couple of their bigger boys in Josh Thomas and Timmy Johnson which helped even the game up. Wisanger did most of the attacking in the first quarter starting with Brad Boughen playing solidly at centre half back.
19 Aug 10 | Netball - A Grade Kingscote 54 d Parndana 31 Kingscote started well with accurate passing and shooting and threw the first six goals before Parndana could convert. Parndana settled and found their range.
Dudley converts surely
19 Aug 10 | Netball - 15 and Under Dudley United 48 d Western Districts 13 A windy, cold and wet day for netball but all girls enthusiastic to get on court in their pink gear. First quarter was strong by both teams. However, Dudley converting to goals and Wonks not. Jasmin Laundy working hard in GD for Wonks.
Carly clocks up 250
19 Aug 10 | Carly Johnston will play her 250th game for Kingscote Netball Club this weekend.
19 Aug 10 | Sailing - In a major departure from the norm, only one vessel left harbour for the Strawbridge Pointers cruise to Penneshaw on Wednesday 11th August.
