Kangaroo Island Go Kart Club is hosting the 2009 Australian Independent Dirt Kart Association (AIDKA) South Australian State Titles this weekend at our track on Birchmore Highway. (Just follow the signs from Kingscote.)

We have 140 karts nominated in 12 classes, all top class drivers looking to take home a coveted SA plate to race with for the coming year. All of this adds up to 2 days of guaranteed action on the track!

Scrutinering and practice begins on Friday 30 October with the first race from 4 heats starting on Saturday at 10am and finishing up on Sunday 1st Nov. with the final in each class.

Entry is $5 a day, children U16 free, BYO is allowed but no glass please. Our club is running a canteen throughout each day with chips, pies, hamburgers, drinks and much more. State Title merchandise will be available at the track too.

Sunday night will be a roast dinner and dessert for the presentation. A family ticket costs $50 (two adults and two children). KIGKC would like to acknowledge the fabulous support of our sponsors.
