Hog Bay v Wisanger
It was a muggy morning at Hog Bay when Wisanger won the toss and decided to put the under manned Hog Bay side into bat.
The Gurney boys started the day off well, both retiring. Unfortunately no one else could get much of a start, but with four kids in the team who had never played cricket before, Hog Bay was happy with its final total of 95.
Jack Church bowled well for Wisanger taking three wickets and Corey Munro took two.
Liam Sampson and J Snowball both retired for Wisanger but like Hog Bay no one else could get a start. Unfortunately for Hog Bay the 65 wides bowled helped Wisanger reach a total of 138. Hog Bay’s best bowlers were Brayden McInnes and Sam Gurney, both taking two wickets.
