Grand Final
A Grade
Wizbangers v Barkies
What a game this was! Going right down to the wire before the winner was decided. Both teams started well each taking a doubles with Barkies off the mark first then Wizbangers matching them. Ab took the first singles against Marty in a tight three legger to give Barkies one up. Wizbangers were right back taking the next two games to put them in front. Barkies added another win to even the score again. In the reverse singles Wizbangers took the first two but Barkies again came back and won the next two in a tight contest to force a team’s game to decide the winner. Both teams going dart for dart but Marty got there first and pegged the game to give Wizbangers the title of A Grade Premiers and the shield for 2009.
