The American River Fishing Competition, this year, has added a new annual award, the Brenton Pease Junior Encouragement Award. This is in honour of Brenton Pease, an avid fisherman and competition entrant who loved to encourage and mentor juniors in the art of fishing.

The first ever winner is Teila Baker.

Congratulations, Teila!
