Tuesday February 20 sees the inaugural Adelaide Fringe on KI, with two performances to entertain and delight in the theatre at Penneshaw Town Hall.
‘Charolais’, which takes the age old story of female jealousy and gives it a new twist: the other woman is cow, a literal one, a purebred Charolais (French) heifer.
The second is ‘Mother’s Ruin’, equal parts historical and hysterical exploring the history of gin through story and song, with KI Spirits offering up some of their award-winning cocktails to complement the show.
KI kids will also be entertained with a dance jungle gym, a storytelling tent and a range of performers on stage and around the Penneshaw Oval from 10-2pm and 5-9pm.
The Islander has a free double pass to give away for ‘Charolais’.
Phone 8553 4800 and leave your name and phone number. Your entry will be placed in a hat and the winner will be drawn and notified by phone on Tuesday February 13.
