Kangaroo Island Land for Wildlife is planning a property visit at “Wilderness Valley” from 9.30am to 1pm on Friday, October 26.

Would you like to know more about the Kangaroo Island Land for Wildlife program?

Would you like to know what threatened fauna and flora are living on your private property?

Would you like help planning for conservation activities on you private property?

Private landholders are being asked to attend the Wilderness Valley property visit to find out the answers to these questions.

Demonstrations will be held on KI dunnart and other threatened species surveying methods.

There will be morning tea and a KI Land for Wildlife program overview, followed by a walk to survey sites.

Participants will help to set new survey lines and a song meter, check out cameras, download cameras, set cage traps and more.

Please contact Heidi and Pat on kilfw@terrainecology.com.au to RSVP by Monday, October 22.
