Victor Harbor CIB is seeking the assistance of the public to locate wanted man Tamer Turkyilmaz.

Tamer is currently wanted for a serious domestic abuse matter and is currently subject to an Intervention Order preventing him being on Kangaroo Island.

Tamer's current whereabouts are unknown; however it is believed he is currently residing in South Australia.

Anyone who spots Tamer Turkyilmaz is advised not to approach him, and immediately contact police on 131 444 or in an emergency 000. Drivers caught

At 5.10pm Friday, July 11, police stopped a 44-year-old woman from Kingscote on Third Street, Brownlow. She returned a positive drug swipe to methamphetamine and will be followed up pending Forensic Services results.

Just after 11pm on Saturday, July 13, a 23-year-old man from Kingscote was stopped on Third Street at Brownlow for a roadside driver test.

He returned a positive breath analysis of 0.126 and was issued with a six month immediate loss of licence. He also returned a positive result for drugs.

His sample will be sent to Forensic Science SA and pending the result he may be reported for drug driving.
