Under 17s: It was a beautiful day for cricket, and two teams of eight were organised for the day. The team batting first lost an early wicket, but stabilised to make a respectable total of 7/127 off 31 overs.

Team batting second had consistent scores in the top five batters, and looked sure to win the match, however some tight bowling towards the end of the game made it very close.

A few late wickets and very few runs kept it close until the game ended with a draw at the end of the 32nd over.

Thanks to the parents who assisted on the day, and to Maggie for taking photos. - Callum Bolwell
