Quarter mile drag races takes place at Arranmore Road at 10.30am. Scruiteneering from 7.30am. BYO chairs, no dogs, no eskies. Food and drink available, kids' sandpit.

An afternoon of music at the Lions Hall, Kingscote, 1.30pm, featuring The Minstrels singing group, The Rogues ukulele group and Alan DeLacey piano sing-a-long. $10, all proceeds to Western Districts Sports Club and Stokes Bay Hall rebuild. Afternoon tea by RFDS Support Group.

A taste of the Adelaide Fringe festival returns with the Handlebards performing their Tempest show at Bay of Shoals Wines at 6pm. Tickets ($22 early bird) at Big Quince Print. Kids Under 10 free!

Karta Harvest Exchange is held every 3rd Saturday of the month at Penneshaw CWA from 10am to 11am. Sharing homemade, homegrown food, garden items and helpful tips about garden. It is gathering for everyone to catch up through produce exchange.It has been started last August and becoming popular event.
