THE BAY: The shark attack took place at the popular surfing spot known as The Sewer is located on the south end of D'Estrees Bay, Kangaroo Island.

A surfer has survived a great white shark attack at the popular surf spot known as The Sewer on the south end of D'Estrees Bay on the south coast of Kangaroo Island.
